Peace of Meditation

Prior to the real meditations be run  after taking a leisurely sit, just run the procession calm as the initial action.

     To reach the serenity that to the best, it can run way in the following manner.
     1. Close your eyes.
     2. Empty your mind
     3. Imagine something beautiful and refreshing fresh or <your kid ,Oranges, Apples, Mount Scenery, Beach Scenery, etc.>
     Concentrate to the viewing until you only do think the object of imagination on the whole of your body feel relaxed ..

The more often you do a meditation, a short or long, the faster you reach a relaxed state.
