Meditation Breathing

One thing that is very important to remember in inviting the universal energy in order to support the improvement of nerve function, brain and our body in order to obtain support for the health of our health, get the solutions to thorny problems we're facing, get a change way of life .

For having better meditation breathing rate , more good do trained as often as possible .

Perform exercises in relax , not with Shoulder To Rise in breath.

Exercises can be done by the system

1. beginner

     System 4-2

     Pull 4 counts - Hold for 2 counts - Release 4 counts - Hold for 2 counts OR

     Pull the 3 count - Hold 3 count - Remove the 3 count - Hold for 3 counts

     Do this 10 times for each exercise.

2. intermediate

     System 6-3

     Pull 6 count - Hold 3 count - Remove the six counts - Hold 3 count OR

     Pull 6 count - Hold 6 count - Remove the six counts - Hold for 6 counts

     Do this 10 times for each exercise.

3. Beginners to Advanced

     Systems 8-4 Pull 8 count - Hold 4 counts - Release 8 count - Hold 4 counts OR

     Pull 8 count - Hold 8 count - Remove the 8 count - Hold 8 count

     Do this 10 times for each exercise.

For Beginners should exercise begins with sitting in a relaxed followed by closing his eyes.
