Basic of Meditation Technique

Do Meditation is in quiet and fresh place in order to obtain maximum results.

Do Meditation by :

    A comfortable sitting cross-legged.
    Close your eyes
    Normal breath
    Concentrate and Imagine about apples or citrus fruit , etc.

Once you reach the calm and clarity you can proceed with energy manipulation.

    1. Start by drawing a deep breath.
    2. Pull 6 count - Hold 3 count - Remove the six counts - Hold 3 count or hang on your ability of breathing.
       Your focus began to move gently from the top of your head down your body reaches the end of your toes, feel       the waves of energy moving back and forth.
   3. Now, imagine this wave of blue energy that moves up and down your body, filling every organ, cell, reaching the top layer of your skin.
  4. Now, observe the wave begins to shine more and more powerful.
  5. Feel the strength in your body, every vibration frequency increases, the light emanating from every pore of your skin.
  6. Realizing start raising the level of vibration of light that continues to increase, heard a buzzing sound from an electric current.
  7.Now, focus your attention on the surrounding space.
  8.Consider the hundreds of golden ball of light emerged from the wormhole open from around you. Imagine you draw a blue light and absorbs the gold ball.
  9.Feel the tingling sensation premises spread rapidly throughout your body.
 10.   Rest your mind and your body a while but stay focused for a few minutes longer on the vibration of light gold.
 11.   When all were entered your body, let the coil of energy such as spiral begins to form and gently rotating the coil around the center of your chakra, up and down your spine. This movement continues to happen for a while until you start to feel it with your physical body.
 12.   After that, you can open your eyes, but remained silent for three minutes. Take a deep breath and look around your back.

    After returning to your physical activity, remind yourself several times that your body now is energy, your mind is more powerful, full of confidence and strength.
