Reach Your Dream or Aim with meditation

In a previous post already discussed the basic techniques of meditation is complete.

You remember one of his statement: "After the glowing golden ball of energy absorbed by a wave of luminous blue of your body and all of them get into your body back," Of course then you already feel that your body and mind stronger, full of confidence and strength.

  At the moment the feeling you feel, you can continue with your goal of meditation, in addition to your main goal.

If you have a problem

2. Just wait in a position of meditation, for + / - 10 minutes <DO NOT fall asleep>, a way out that you would expect, can come in the form of images or sounds.

3. OR IF delayed briefly, can also come in the form of dreams.

If Not There That Can Come Ensure there is a problem such as:

1. You still Beginners.

2. There is one vital condition that is still weak, such as breathing.

3. Your mind is not full concentration.

4. Mind your concentration is affected by other memory <although not by the will of you>.

     This can happen because you still have a pent-up feelings of sadness or deep resentment.

     The medicine must be of your own. You should be able to let go and more often strengthening exercises so that you

     can fight for influence and concentration at one point only.

Another case when the meditation is intended for the treatment yourself.
