THE BEST OFFICIAL ANTI STRESS

Every day we do job and  always faced difficult or pressures problems or which often affects the emotions, that requires a high concentration and composure for taking decision, which is often need in short time.

Authomatically we often in stress condition whereas we are still in office hours.
To get rid of emotions and get a certainty decision, first suggested ,
1.Do not remain standing on the issue by
2.Do Not performing escape for a moment, like telling the problem to other friend , smoking, drinking , etc..

Be advisable to do Short Meditation for Discharging Mind Being Made Fresh And Back.

A Brief Guide To do Meditate :
1. Provide all the time on the table a tool for refreshing the mind intermediary like of your son photo , your lover, Apples, Oranges, What is important to represent freshness.

2. Clear Mind, not Think Anything.

3. Concentrate to the tools , for about 5 minutes (depending on the speed of your concentration level).

The more often these activities are done then konsentrasipun rate will be higher and faster.if you often do this activities.
